7 Capture Worthy
– A beautiful gift from a friend: a delicate vintage glass vase resembling a hibiscus and currently holding such. –
This afternoon I am boarding Glen Air and returning to Kamalame Cay. Other than tucking in to “David’s Special,” a dish I have been craving since our departure, I plan to enjoy a weekend of little business, mostly pleasure. Beside a lazy Sunday lunch on the beach, who knows? Perhaps a leap in to one of the island’s many blue holes or a visit to a neighbouring island is on the itinerary.
I hope you have a lovely weekend.
– Recycled paper made from pineapple fibers, a gift from Valley Pulp & Paper Co. –
– The latest addition to a growing collection. At the forefront an unexpected find made by mum while in a vintage store in New Hampshire. –
– Captured in my Island Company “Maroon Dress” while on our way to dinner in Abaco. –
– Yesterday my newsfeed was filled with photographs of the setting sun. Like most I stood paralyzed by its beauty. –
– Weighed down by Monday’s afternoon rain. As were my eyelids. –
– Tucking in to Tuna Tataki, one of my favourite dishes served at Firefly Sunset Resort on Elbow Cay, Abaco. –
