Passion Fruit Meringues

While I’ve long favoured meringues, I’ve always considered them an overly sweet confection. That was until I incorporated a hint of island flavour, specifically: passion fruit. Instead of making the traditional European dessert, I went by this easy to follow passion-fruit meringue recipe. The end result: sweet with a touch of sour, and crisp with an added touch of gooey.
